Chacos Fujita (1982, Kanagawa, Japan) is a Japanese artist living and working in Japan. She completed Tama Art University Graduate School of Fine Arts in Tokyo in 2003.
“When I draw, I am conscious of the spiritual transparency found in children’s literature and folk art that I was familiar with when I was young.
I want to depict both the “joy of living” and the “pain and conflict” that we cannot escape as long as we are human”.
